Transport safety

Dogs travel in a fully insured, custom-crated, air-conditioned van with ventilation and additional cooling fans in warmer months. Bedding is cleaned regularly.

Are you insured?

Yes — fully insured with public liability cover. Documentation available upon request.

Do you train all breeds?

Yes. We work with all breeds.

Is my dog suitable for pack walks?

Dogs must be friendly and have basic training. A trial period ensures the pack is the right fit. Additional training may be recommended where necessary.

How many dogs per walk?

We are insured for up to 6 dogs, however group size is adjusted (typically 3–6) to maintain a balanced, compatible pack.

Do you meet my dog first?

Yes — a free meet & greet is included for all pack walk clients.

Will my dog be off lead?

Only with written owner permission and reliable recall. Recall training can be developed further through 1-to-1 sessions.

What happens in an emergency?

We collect veterinary details and emergency contacts during onboarding and follow agreed procedures outlined in our terms and conditions.

Do you accept unneutered dogs on to the pack walks?

  • - Dogs must normally be neutered (age dependent)
  • - Puppies may be accepted prior to neutering
  • - Females in season are not accepted on pack walks
  • - Minimum age for pack walks: 8 months

Exceptions may be considered for medical reasons, but safety always comes first.

Rachel walks my dog Vinnie several times a week, and they’re definitely his favourite days. It’s clear that this isn’t just a job for her, she genuinely cares and is incredibly passionate about what she does. You can really see how happy she makes the dogs she works with. I’d highly recommend her services to anyone looking for a reliable and caring dog walker or trainer.

Rachael has been walking our Dalmatian for the past year and we couldn’t be happier with the experience. Our dog is a rescue who previously grew up on a farm surrounded by other dogs, so when she came to live with us as an only dog, we were keen for her to continue enjoying that social environment. Although we both work from home and have time to walk her ourselves, we wanted her to benefit from socialising with other dogs, exploring new places, and enjoying pack walks — and Rachael has provided exactly that.

Our dog absolutely adores Rachael and gets incredibly excited every time she arrives, which says it all. From day one, Rachael’s professionalism, experience, and depth of knowledge stood out far above other dog walkers. This has given us complete peace of mind and confidence that our pup is in the very best hands.

Rachael is trustworthy, reliable, and consistently goes above and beyond. Her experience shines through in everything she does, and it’s clear she cares for our dog as if she were her own. We are so grateful to have found her and would wholeheartedly recommend Rachael to anyone looking for exceptional dog walking or dog training services.

Rachel has walked Dotty our American Bulldog for over 2 years.

The positive change in Dotty is amazing, she is so much better behaved by herself and around other people and dogs.

Rachel loves the dogs and treats them as if they were hers. Our dog has totally transformed since she has been walked/trained by Rachael. She is a miracle worker!! Our dog loves her as much as we do. We would not hesitate to recommend her - Rachael you’re amazing.

Rachael is so great with my dogs- both have a few issues and she treats them both with love and patience. Rachael sends me loads of pictures and video updates and both dogs always seem to be having a great time on the walks with their pack friends! Rachael is very conscientious, safety and welfare always come first. She tries to accommodate any last minute requests when she can- which is appreciated when I have various work demands and need extra walks. The dogs absolutely love her and I can’t recommend her services enough.

Rachael has been walking Lola for the past six years, and we truly couldn’t ask for a better dog walker. Her dedication, reliability, and genuine love for what she does have made such a difference in Lola’s life. Over the years, Rachael has also done a tremendous amount of training with her, teaching good manners, great walking habits and a perfect recall.

Last year, Harold joined the walks, Rachael welcomed him seamlessly into the routine. She’s been fantastic at balancing both dogs’ needs while making sure they each get the attention and care. We are so lucky to have someone so experienced and committed to looking after them.

Rex has been walking twice a week with Rachael since we rescued him back in Feb 2023. Rachael helped us initially with 121’s as he was extremely nervous of people and reactive towards some dogs. She is an absolute legend and the progress in Rex is amazing. She keeps us updated and we love getting pictures from her about what he has been up too. Her understanding of dogs is out of this world, their welfare always come first and she also regularly supports us if we have any questions about Rex.

During this time, he has gained so much confidence which he wouldn't have without her.
